health care?
Home health care involves skilled medical treatment provided at home by licensed professionals such as nurses or therapists, and it typically requires a doctor’s referral. Daily living assistance, in contrast, offers day-to-day support and companionship that does not include medical treatment. It includes help with light daily living assistance, meal set up, light household support, and other daily routines that promote senior independence and comfort at home.
